This project is a new contruction of a three-level house on Sol de Mallorca in Calvia, next to the Cala del Mago. In collaboration with the Rory Burnless team in 2017.
We design and install the electricity and telecommunications system as well as the smart control of the lighting and HVAC by local thermostats and buttons and remotely via smartphone.
